Dr. Sue Dagher
Sue Dagher is an expert, with extensive dexterity, in molecular biology, protein expression and purification, and yeast genetics. Over the past decade, she has had the opportunity to be on the forefront of the upsurge in prebiotic and probiotic research. Since then, she has delved into molecular design, as well as strain development, and ultimately, expression and implementation of a highly functional prebiotic synthesizing enzyme.
