Thanks for Visiting

Our gut is a warm home packed with resources for trillions of microorganisms that scientists refer to as microbiota (or microbiome). In return for the services most of the microorganism return the favor (symbiotic) breaking down the food into good stuff and demonstrably impacting health-promoting functions.

These friendship relationships only work when prebiotics (also called dietary fibers) are available to fed selectively diverse types of microbes already living in our gut. That is why probiotics (good microbes), and prebiotics are occasionally consumed together to support and maintain well-fed the good microbes.

Prebiotics are found in plant foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts…) and grains containing also other beneficial compounds. However, not all these compounds are easy to get your hands on including the exceptional prebiotics found within Human Milk. Prebiotics upgrade Human Milk to a superfood containing by evolutionary design unique dietary fibers also known as biofidogenic factor.
